Pelvic Organ Prolapse Recovery
Pelvic organ prolapse can affect physical comfort, self-confidence, and trust in the bodies ability to support you. Whilst, breath-led, integrative exercises help rebuild tensile resilience and functional support.

Diastasis Recti Rehab
Diastasis recti rehab goes beyond surface-level “core work.” and unhelpful avoidance lists. Using advanced clinical massage to the abdominal wall and all surrounding tissues that feed into the optimal functionality of the abdomen and pelvis, alongside integrative movement; we focus on restoring tension, coordination, and intra-abdominal pressure regulation. Burrell Education–informed rehab supports post-natal recovery in a way that is progressive, personalised, and realistic for real life.
Often combined with progressive exercises and lifestyle support for lasting change.
C-Section Rehab
C-section recovery at my Southsea & Hayling Women’s Health Clinics addresses more than the scar alone. The Scar is just the visible tip of the iceberg and real change happens when we look beyond just the visible. Treatment includes clinical massage to scar tissue, abdominal and pelvic fascia, alongside breath-centred movement to restore mobility, sensation, and load tolerance. This approach supports posture, nervous system regulation, and functional strength—helping you reconnect with your body after surgery. Even if you had your C-Section many years ago, you can still benefit from myofascial release to the area for improved functionality.
Ideal for both recent and long-term C-section recovery.
Hysterectomy Recovery
Hysterectomy recovery is supported through evidence-led pelvic health care that respects the complexity of surgical, hormonal, and emotional change. Using Level 6 advanced clinical massage and in-depth Burrell Education training, treatment focuses on pelvic and abdominal tissue health, postural adaptation, and rebuilding strength gradually. Integrative movement and lifestyle guidance support resilience without rushing the process. Offering hysterectomy prehab, through to post operative rehab, and best practice lifestyle guidance.
Care is always paced, individual, and responsive to your body. Also suitable for years after the operation. It’s never too Late to turn things around…
Pelvic Pain
Pelvic pain is approached as a whole-system experience, not an isolated issue. Treatment combines advanced clinical massage, pain-informed pelvic health training and lifestyle coaching to help you get to the bottom of your pelvic pain presentation. Integrative breath-based movement to reduce sensitivity, improve tissue glide, and increase movement tolerance. Sessions are trauma-aware, personalised, and suitable for persistent or complex pelvic pain presentations. Client centred consultation is at the core of developing a treatment plan which best serves you.
Support available for both acute and long-standing pelvic pain. There’s always something which can be done!
Pelvic Health Treatments & Therapy Plans and Pricing
At Ocean Flow Therapies, I don’t believe in gimmicky, one-size-fits-all programmes or pre-packaged pelvic health plans. Every woman’s body, history, and experience of pain or dysfunction is unique—and that individuality deserves to be respected and worked with, not forced into a standard protocol.
Treatment is therefore fully personalised, shaped by your assessment findings, lived experience, goals, and how your body responds over time. This allows care to remain responsive, evidence-led, and grounded in what actually supports your recovery, rather than what looks neat on a price list.
That said, I understand that it’s helpful to have a rough guide to pricing and timeframes when considering treatment. While every plan is tailored, the outline below offers a general framework to work from.
£65-75 per treatment (location and duration dependant) with the aim to achieve a reduction of your pain and an improvement of your core functionality in 4-8 treatments. These treatments could be spread out over a month, to several, depending on what approach we decide to take.
First treatment: 75 minutes, including a full orthopaedic assessment and case history consultation, manual therapy and mobilisations, and relaxation massage.
Follow-up treatments: 60 minutes, including a pre-agreed upon combination of massage treatment for pelvic pain, pelvic rehab exercises, self-care advice, home care supporting resources such as videos, recipes and down-regulation techniques, with the continued development of a personal self-care plan, and between appointment email advice.
