One of the core beliefs at Ocean Flow Therapies is that education is key to managing your pain. The posts in this section will further expand on the teachings that I endeavour to share in my clinic and my classes, to empower you to continue the good work at home. I believe that everyone has the potential to begin the process of healing themselves, when armed with the knowledge they need to do so.

You will find self-massage techniques and ways to bring down pain in your body; mobility training, stretching and yoga ideas; and mindfulness practices to down-regulate your nervous system and help you feel calmer. There is also some rehab advice, including strength training and functional training. And finally, some general lifestyle advice to help you stay happy and healthy in your day to day.
